STAND UP PADDLE PACKAGE
Stand Up Paddling (better known as SUP) was created as a way to keep active during the times of little or no surfing waves. As one of the fastest growing sports, it allows you to paddle far out deep into the ocean discovering new areas on the calm bays as well as provides a full body workout through balance, paddling and building a strong core on the ever moving paddle board. Therefore, we hope that this vacation package satisfies adventure seekers and surfers alike complete with SUP conditioning and training as well as special SUP tours all week long! Accommodations
All of our packages include top rated private or shared accommodations in the main area of the towns and close to the beach to ensure that you are always readily close and available to stand up paddle. Package accommodations will be dependant on the dates that you book your package either located. Please inquire about availabilities and accommodations before booking your package.
Airport Transfer and Pick Up

When you fly into San Jose airport, sometimes it can be scary being in a new country trying to find transportation to a location you barely know. That is why we provide airport transport from the closest airport (San Jose Airport for Hermosa, Jaco and Nosara Airport for Nosara, Guanacaste location) directly to the hotel where you will be greeted by the camp hostess about the week’s plans.

Combining kayaking & surfing, Stand Up Paddling (or SUP) is a new way to keep fit while the waters are calm and is best described as almost like “walking on water”. Stand up paddle boarding instructors will teach you how to paddle out through the beach break, introduce you to different techniques and even catch some waves. For beginners and advanced surfers alike, your surf lessons will always be accompanied by experts certified with Red Cross of Costa Rica in CPR, Water Rescue, ISA and First Aid.
Daily SUP Conditioning Classes
Choose from a variety of conditioning and training classes to strengthen your core and stretch your muscles after a full day of Stand Up Paddling. Including Yoga and Pilates for flexibility and classes like boxing, boot camp and TRX for strength training and building the upper body for a full SUP vacation week!
Complimentary 1 Hour Massage
Enjoy a full body massage at the end of the week long’s activity of surfing and nature walks to rejuvenate your body before heading home with our Signature Massage. A classic full body massage that is both relaxing and stimulating. This massage helps soothe muscles, boost circulation and alleviate mental stress, soothing the soul and fostering balance and serenity.
