Co-Ed Surf Camp. This is for those looking for the ultimate surf vacation with a side of adventure. Your meals are included and we will take you to for a daily walk, nature/power walk and then for our favorite local restaurants for dinner every night. Hang out with your local Costa Rican host to check out the best local sights and choose from one adventure activity including Canopy/Ziplining, Horseback Riding, Stand Up Paddling, Kayaking or ATVing! (Depending on the location).

Accommodations
All of our packages include top rated private or shared accommodations.All of them located either beach front or close to the beach to ensure that you are always readily close and available to the surf. Shared room prices are based on double occupancy; both occupants must have the same arrival and departure time to airport. Airport Transfer and Pick Up
When you fly into San Jose airport, sometimes it can be scary being in a new country trying to find transportation to a location you barely know.That is why we provide airport transport from the closest airport (San Jose Airpot for Hermosa, Jaco, Nosara Airport for Nosara, Guanacaste & Tambor Airport for Santa Teresa location directly to the hotel where you will be greeted by the camp hostess about the week’s surfing plans

Each beginner surf lesson will have a 2 to 1 instructor to student ratio for two to three hours, meaning you will always get the undivided attention you deserve with maximum safety. In all surf packages, Del Mar uses only high quality epoxy long boards to teach from NSP & South Point – we also have soft tops available. For beginners and advanced surfers alike, your surf lessons will always be accompanied by surfing experts certified with Red Cross of Costa Rica in CPR, Water Rescue, ISA and First Aid.
Camp Hostess, Costa Rican Guide and Your Friend
Del Mar Surf Camp Exclusive Service: Unlike any other camp, all of our all inclusive packages provide you with a camp hostess/local Costa Rican guide/friend. She’s not your surf instructor, she’s not your mother, she’s not your yoga instructor – she’s your friend! If you need to pick up something, want to go shopping, she’ll take you out to dinner at a different restaurant each night, support you in the water while surfing & will take you around to get to know the locals, pura vida style!
Healthy MEALS and Dinner in Town Every night
In this package your meals for each days are included as part of your package. We ensure that each meal served is a healthy gourmet meal from the local Costa Rican cuisine. Best of all, we take you out to a different local restaurant for dinner every night so that you have the opportunity to see the town and live like a local. Alcohol & extra bottled water not included – we do provide some water at the beginning of your trip.

Daily Nature Walks & Local Sightseeing
As part of your program, our camp host will take you out for a daily nature walk at different parts of town to enjoy the different sights of Costa Rica & to have you warmed up and ready for your daily surf lesson. Enjoy nature, with magical views and the rich wildlife such as monkeys, macaws, toucans, iguanas and exotic butterflies.
Complimentary 1 Hour Massage
Enjoy a full body massage at the end of the week long’s activity of surfing and nature walks to rejuvenate your body before heading home with our Signature Massage. A classic full body massage that is both relaxing and stimulating. This massage helps soothe muscles, boost circulation and alleviate mental stress, soothing the soul and fostering balance and serenity.
Professional Photography
We at Del Mar Surf Camp know how important it is to create a memorable experience but most of all how hard it is to get the perfect surfing shot from the beach. Our packages include surfing photography so you won’t have to worry about remembering the first time you caught a wave!
