Hermosa Beach: The Vista Los Sueños Canopy is a very contemporary tour; it was designed by Costa Rican guides that have more than 8 years of experience in conducting Canopy Tours. Their main is to give their clients the adventure of their life, so they made some of the longest cable runs in the central pacific area while maintaining safety as their number one priority. The unique combination in between mountain and the beach offer spectacular breath taking views of the ocean from the platforms. An experience that will truly take your breath away.
Nosara Beach: Miss Sky Canopy Tour is the longest Canopy Tour in the world. It makes a stop at the largest waterfall in the region, with a network of river pools and endless forest trails to observe nature and listen to the chorus of howler monkeys. It affords 100% natural vistas and 0% human presence. It will leave you speechless! You have to live it.
Santa Teresa Beach: The exciting Canopy del Pacífico is nearly a mile long and has 11 platforms set high in the gigantic trees. You will not forget the experience of flying along our 300 meters long shot over a canyon between the second and the third platform, or the incredible 500 meters long ride through the jungle along a creek.
Professional nature guides will accompany you on the unforgettable journey through the biodiversity of the environment. They will introduce you to the fascinating secrets of the forest.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Boarding

Stand up paddle boarding was made popular by surf legend Laird Hamilton as a way to stay in shape when the surf was “flat”. The ultra long & stable board allows you to balance standing up, sitting, kneeling or laying on your stomach like surfing. You paddle with a single oar & cruise out in the ocean. Stand up paddle board instructors will teach you how to paddle out through the beach break, introduce you to different techniques and even catch some waves.

Horseback Riding

Ride through the pristine rain forest of our 1500 acre private reserve. Eat fresh local fruits while we give you a skin treatment with the earth’s mud you will never forget then bath in the natural spring fed pools in the heart of the jungle. Kayaking
Playa Hermosa & Playa Nosara
Playa Nosara: The Rio Nosara and the Rio Montana are the two largest rivers in Nosara, and where they converge you will find a tremendous amount of natural beauty. For nature lovers and those who like to kayak, this is quite simply the best tour in Nosara. Explore the wildlife rich Rio Nosara through the eyes of our birding expert and lead kayak guide, Felipe Lopez. Kayak alongside great blue herons, anhingas, roseate spoonbills, and maybe even a few crocodiles. Then weave through mangrove tunnels just as wide as your boat, enjoying the exquisite sounds of the jungle. Cap it off with an ice-cold watermelon or sunset cerveza at the Boca. Like any tour with Experience Nosara, your trip will be documented.
Playa Hermosa: Playa Agujas Tour: This tour departs and ends at our base in Playa Agujas which is a designated “Blue Flag” beach by the ICT (Instituto Costarricense de Turismo) and is a very beautiful spot. After some brief instruction you will be ready to go paddling. The ocean is calm and non-threatening. You will paddle 30 to 40 casual minutes along spectacular cliffs filled with pelicans and frigate birds to one of our destination beaches. All of the destinations are beautiful the difference will be in the quality of the snorkeling and the size of group that the location can comfortably accommodate. The quality of the snorkeling, like the weather, is a variable of the tour that we have no control over.

Nosara: Our Signature Massage. A classic full body massage that is both relaxing and stimulating. This massage helps soothe muscles, boost circulation and alleviate mental stress, fostering balance and serenity.
Santa Teresa: Provided by Pranamar bodywork & wellness. Slow and gentle, this massage has profound effects upon the body tissues. Fascia is within and envelops all of our muscles. These techniques relieve muscles from the abnormal grip of tight fascia. You will feel a new sense of balance and freedom in your body.

Spanish Lessons

Stimulate your mind during your vacation by taking private Spanish classes to learn the local language with one of our local Spanish language schools in either Hermosa or Nosara beach. They will send the instructor directly to your hotel & courses offered will provide either 4 day or 6 day sessions, depending on your camp duration.

Our style of Yoga combines principles of Ashtanga, Bikram and Anusara creating a strong, healthier and happier flow. Classes relieve stress, anxiety, improves balance, flexibility and increases strength and calmness. Yoga classes will take place in our favorite locations including a beachfront ocean view yoga deck and choices of other beautiful locations depending on your surf camp week.

Learn the essential body and mind connection through this holistic lifestyle and exercise regime. Lengthen and strengthen all your muscles, and develop your abdominal and back muscles to protect, stabilize and balance your spine.
